MeridianBet Tanzania withdrawal: the rules in one place

Every figure below comes from the operator's terms and help pages, checked on 18 August 2026. Payouts run in TZS to mobile money or at a betshop, and the house caps from the main page apply throughout.

Withdrawals go only to the phone number that made the deposit, and at least one ticket must be placed after depositing. Mobile-money deposits carry a staking period of roughly 14 days before the funds become withdrawable.

Caps, verification and fees

The daily payout cap is 5,000,000 TZS per customer and the weekly cap is 100,000,000 TZS, with total weekly winnings capped at 30,000,000 TZS. Payouts above 2,000,000 TZS require photo ID: a passport, driving licence or identity card, photographed clearly.

Withdrawing a full deposit immediately after paying it in can carry a 10% administrative charge, which is the operator's defence against the account being used as a money transfer service. An account left untouched for 30 months is classed as dormant, and any remaining balance is transferred to the Gaming Board of Tanzania.

If a payout stalls

  1. Check the ticket rule and the 14-day staking period first; they cause most refusals.
  2. Confirm the payout number matches the deposit number.
  3. Call 0768 988 200 with the request reference at hand.
  4. If unresolved, escalate to the Gaming Board at info@gamingboard.go.tz.
